Great little spot to stay with little kids. We ordered a crib/playpen for our youngest. They had a playpen mattress they provided so she didn’t have to sleep on the hard bottom. Been to a lot of places and never once seen that! Top notch. Room has been recently updated, AC blasting well. No complaints!
Stayed here for a wedding. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic! Checked in late and since there is no night desk person here, we had to drive across town to a different hotel to pick up the room key. Fyi, for anyone checking in late.
Stayed here long term for work. The front desk staff are super helpful and nice, and the cleaner Amanda is an MVP she left cute notes for me all the time. The rooms are clean. Downside is the beds suck and are rock hard. And the pillows and the bedding are the cheapest money can buy. So thumbs down for that. You guys really need to fix that. Most important part of a hotel or motel stay is the quality of nights sleep. This place has a fitness center, pool and hot tub, as well as outdoor pool, free laundry facilities so that's a bonus. Rooms seem to have been updated recently. Just- The beds. That was a killer for me. At least upgrade your pillows !! At the very least.
My room was very small, but very clean. The pool was very clean, though unheated, so quite chilly. The air conditioner, and the small refrigerator were both quite noisy, which made sleeping a bit challenging. Warning: bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Those provided are in very small, non-squeezable bottles with such small openings that it’s not easy to get any product out. I never did manage to get conditioner out.

My wife and I have stayed here in 3 different trips to Trail. We really appreciate the clean, safe and quiet rooms. We both recommend Glenwood Inn & Suites to our traveling friends.
When I first got here I wasn’t too sure I’d like the place but the rooms where very clean. The beds and pillows also very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly fine. It also has a little gym with a small pool and hot tub. Only annoying thing is the bathroom doesn’t have a sink or mirror you had to come out of the bathroom to access it. But yea I definitely recommend!
Good place to stay at a very reasonable rate. Ya its a older motel, but rooms were modern, clean & well stocked. Breakfast was not available, however, not a deal breaker. Fridge & microwave are in the room, with a little foresight... Bingo Breakfast is served. If you're not a fan of the basic motel model, then stay elsewhere. But I would recommend my visit to friends and family & would stay overnight again next time I'm in Trail.
